Summary of Webtektronix.com’s Shipping Policies

General
Webtektronix ships products to any location in the continental United States.  We apologize but at our current point; we do not ship products to any international locations or any international forwarding addresses which may be located domestically.  We focus our shipping methods towards the use of the most economical and effective practices for our customers.  Therefore we use USPS Priority Mail for most products which are in stock.  Employing the use of a single shipping carrier minimizes the processing time for each order allowing us to deliver products with less turn around time. 

Please allow 1 business day M-F (excluding holidays) for order processing time.  Items are usually shipped out the following business day.  Please understand that orders placed after 6PM Eastern Time will be considered having been ordered on the next business day. The estimated shipping time for products will be displayed below the product description.  All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to choose or change the shipping carrier for any product at any time.  

Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an automated email confirmation.  Once your item has been shipped you will receive a second email confirming this with any and all details regarding your package.  

USPS
USPS Priority Mail uses delivery confirmation numbers.  You can not track them in-transit as USPS does not offer "real time" tracking for anything other than overnight express mail which we do not offer.  USPS Priority Mail usually only takes 2-3 business days but can take longer for some areas.  All products will be shipped with delivery confirmation and any orders over $250 will carry signature confirmation. 

UPS
As stated above; most products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  The only products that will be shipped via UPS are those which are large in size; Plasma - LCD TV, Desktop Computers, and or Laptops.  Due to the setup of our website; the shipping price will still be quoted by USPS Priority Mail.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to choose or change the shipping carrier for any product at any time. 

Please allow 5 business days (or one full week) from the shipping date for your order to arrive before emailing us with any concerns.   Holidays can cause further delays in delivery times.
