Webtektronix believes that a company is only as good as its
customer service. With this in mind we
have tried to take it a step further by designing our customer service page to
answer many of the frequently asked questions found below. Please read through the frequently asked
questions below and if there is something that you feel we have not addressed
below; please contact us and a representative will respond to your request within 48 hours M-F. Frequently Asked Questions 1. Where do you ship to? Anywhere in the Continental United States including PO Boxes and APO Addresses.
2. Can you make an exception to ship to me internationally? Sorry but no. Please do not ask as the answer is no. We also DO NOT ship to any international forwarding addresses that are located domestically within the United States either. Please do not try to use this trick as order will be declined.
3. How do you ship your products? Most products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The only products that will be shipped via
UPS are those which are large in size; Plasma - LCD TV, Desktop Computers, and
or Laptops. Due to the setup of our website; the shipping price will still be quoted by USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to choose or change the shipping carrier for any product at any time. 4. Can I choose a different carrier to ship my product? We apologize but in effort to minimize our processing time
for orders; we have set forth and follow our shipping practices as outlined above and further explained in the shipping policies section. 5. How will I know when my order has been shipped? You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order has
been successfully placed. You will
receive a second email once your order has been shipped with any and all details
regarding your shipment. 6. How long does it take Webtektronix to get packages shipped
out? We have a 1 business day order processing time and packages
are usually shipped out the following business day. 7. Can I have my package sent overnight? Sorry but no. We
employ the use of Priority Mail for all packages except for anything that is
large in nature as stated above. 8. How long will it take to receive my order? USPS Priority Mail has very quick delivery times which are
usually only 2-3 business days but can take longer for some areas. Please allow 5 business days (or 1 full week) for
your product to arrive before emailing us with any concerns. Holidays can cause further delays.
9. Can I track my order? Any and all information regarding your package will be sent to you by email when your product ships as outlined above. USPS Priorty Mail uses Delivery Confirmation numbers which can not be tracked "in-transit" on a "real-time" basis. You can track when they left and when they were delivered; but not in between. Signature Confirmation is also used for packages over $250 and works much the same way. For any larger packages which are sent via UPS then yes you can track it in-transit but we only use UPS for certain products as outlined in Shipping Policies.
10. Can I get free shipping? Sorry but not unless we are running free shipping as part of a sales promotion which will be clearly stated if we are. Other than that; our shipping rates are not free and will be shown at checkout.
11. Can I get a discount on the product? Webtektronix is a legitimate Licensed Company and is not setup NOR will we ever be setup like any auction site. The price of the product is clearly posted with the product. Any sales will be posted with the product; other than that, sorry but no you can not get a discount.
12. Can I return my product? Yes as per our return policy.
13. Can I exchange my product? Sorry but no. We do not exchange any products for different items.
14. Will you release / sell my personal information to third-party
marketing companies? NO. Never. We only
use your personal information for 2 reasons; (1) To process and fulfill
orders. (2) To respond to a question
that you have submitted.
15. Is my order secure with Webtektronix? Absolutely. We couldn’t
be in business if it was not. We employ
the most advanced and up to date data encryptions available in the online market
today in order to assure this. With our
128-bit encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer); rest assured that your order is secure with
Webtektronix.
16. Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase? If you live in the State of Ohio; then yes. Sales tax is calculated according to your shipping address. We charge a flat 7% sales tax rate for any and all Ohio residents which we then have to pay back to the State of Ohio. This is because this is where our company, Webtektronix, is registered and located.
17. I don't have a credit card. Can I send you a money order or do you accept any other forms of payment? Sorry but no. We only accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
18. Can you hold a product for me until I get my paycheck from work? Sorry but no we can not. We are constantly updating our inventory so please do not worry about us going out of stock of a product without the ability to reorder more. Please return and purchase the given product when you have the funds available.
19. There is a product that is similar to one that you have on your website that I want. Can you get this product or do you only have available what appears on your site? We are consistently working aggressively to expand our product lines as well as our website. If there is a product similar to one that we have on our site which you have been looking for please refer to the contact us page and let us know. We will do our best to begin offering this product.
20. Why couldn't I find a phone number listed anywhere on your website? The reason why we do not have a business number listed on our website is because we want our employees to have more time to get our customers orders processed and shipped out. If you have any questions or concerns please rest assured that simply sending an email will be just as effective. We are an internet based company and our primary form of communication is email. We are very good about responding to all emails in a timely fashion M-F.
