Return – Refund Policy General Provisions Any and all products
that have a warranty will be solely through the factory warranty. What the manufacturers warranty covers will
be the sole discretion of the given manufacturer; and subject to the conditions
set forth by the given manufacturer. Webtektronix
does not offer in house warranties.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
we accept returns under the terms outlined below. Many questions regarding returns are answered
below. We suggest that you read the
complete return policy in order to expedite your return. By purchasing from Webtektronix; you agree that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this return policy.
Return Terms All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Any return not accompanied by an RMA number shall
be refused. RMA numbers are issued and
valid for 20 calendar days from the product purchase date. All returns must be received within 20 calendar
days from the purchase date. After 20
days from the purchase date, returns can not be made. All returns must include ALL of the original packaging (all manuals, cords, software, registrations, and or any other parts that were included in the original packaging) and be returned in the same new condition that it was shipped it in. Returns
must be sent with pre-paid freight via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. The customer is responsible for any and all
desired insurance and or tracking on the package. We suggest that you purchase both; as we will not be responsible for any damage done to packages returned by the customer and valid tracking will be required in the case of any disputes that the customer has about a product returned which we did not receive. All returns will be issued a refund less the restocking fee. All unopened
returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All product returns that have been opened and or used by the
customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the customer has opened and used a product; and damaged that product in any way, shape, or form; including a scratch or mark on the given product; the return will be REFUSED and will not be accepted. Return Process If you have an item that you would like to return; please
send a request to our RMA department via email by going through the contact us page requesting an RMA number. Include your reason for
the return, order date, invoice number, product being returned, and the carrier with which you will
be returning the product. Your RMA
number will be emailed back to you within 48 hours M-F. Once you have received the RMA; fill out the return form
which will was included with your purchase. Please make sure you review our entire return policy and agree to the terms set forth prior to making a return. Package your return and send it
back to the return address provided on the return form. It is your (the customer’s) responsibility to
return the package with proper tracking, delivery confirmation, and or
signature confirmation in order to ensure delivery of the return. Non Returnable Items Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any software which has been opened,
preprogrammed data cards, and or any products which have had the registration
and or any other paperwork filled out by the customer and or sent to the manufacturer are NOT
returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number; any returns
received without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. Any damage as a result of the shipping must
be immediately filed with the carrier as the damage will be the given carriers
responsibility. COD returns will not be accepted. Return freight charges must be prepaid. Exchanges We do not exchange product returns for different items. All returns will be issued a refund less the appropriate restocking fee. Manufacturer Defects Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to
the specific manufacturer in accordance with their given terms. Miscellaneous A request to cancel an order that has already been properly
shipped will be charged the same restocking fee as a return would be; 15%. If a customer returns a product with missing parts or components that were included in the original packaging; we reserve the right to either refuse the return or charge the 20% restocking fee as outlined above for opened and or used products at our sole discretion.
All returned merchandise will be inspected and or tested by
our technicians before credit is issued. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time you ship / return a product for the
appropriate credit to appear on your card. It takes time for the return to be reflected upon your credit card. When returning an item, please do not
initiate a chargeback with your credit card company as this will only further
delay the processing time of your return. We aggressively work with law enforcement authorities to
investigate and prosecute any and all fraudulent use of credit cards. If there is a dispute of any kind, we will work with the
